We have a TOS (Terms of Service) set in place to prevent any legal argument and to protect the safety of our freelancers. All services offered are digital products. The date of the commission process agreed quota is the date that dictates the version of the terms of service used. It is assumed that all T.O.S is read prior to creating a commission or making a purchase.
Payments
- Orders that are cancelled/charge-backed will result in a blacklist and or ban from the discord.
- Clients are liable for paying extra fees so the producer/freelancer receives their full payment.
- Clients are not allowed to claim builds/projects as their own or resell the build/project. Failure to do so is an instant blacklist/ban. Although there will be exceptions made in the ticket if asked.
- All Payments/Purchases are final and there will be no refund given under any circumstance.`
Clients
- Any purchases that are not purchased directly from us might not be given.
- You are aware that any name/username/payment method is your own risk that we are not responsible for.
- You agree to not file a lawsuit or legal challenge against any of the staff or freelancers.
- All terms and service are automatically agreed upon when purchasing a product.
