My Terms of Service:
➤ If the product is in your hands. It is out of my control. It is your responsibility for whatever happens to it. You may not open a scam report on me for your irresponsiblities. No refunds will be given. I only offer buyers protection for the first 24 hours when the product is in your hands, and that only applies if I tell you so that I did. If the product somehow gets misplaced, stolen, taken, compromised, or anything related to that category I will take NO RESPONSIBILITY for that! Whatever happens offsite, is not my problem AT ALL, for it could be an impersonator and I can NOT be held accountable for this!
➤ You may not re-sell the product unless I have given you re-sell rights. All accounts purchased from me are granted re-sell rights. I also reserve the right to refuse my services to ANYONE.
➤ The buying a product from me, the payment will be done through PayPal in Friends & Family. You will NOT charge back or attempt to scam or I will make a scam report against you if you do so.
➤ All bids are final, do not bid on the product if you do not have the funds.
➤ By dealing with me, you automatically agree to my TOS. This includes PM'ing me if you're interested in a deal, the TOS will stand no matter what, weather it was read or not (for whichever is applying in your case), and I am entitled to change my TOS whenever I want.
➤ I will pay you in G&S (USD).
➤ You will pay back in F&F (USD).
➤ I reserve the right to reject your loan request, meaning if I deny it, you MAY NOT add a reputation for me stating that I denied it. If leaving a reputation about me relating my loaning service, please don't abuse it.
➤ You may not charge back under any circumstances. Failure to follow will result in a scam report.
➤ I have the right to charge back if I feel my money will not be returned.
➤ If you do not pay me on time, everyday will result in a $5 penalty.
➤ You may not ask for multiple loans at once.
➤ You will receive a neutral rep until the loan is paid.
My Middle Man Services TOS➤ I will NOT and CANNOT be held responsible that happens throughout and after the transaction.
➤ I reserve the right to deny your request.
➤ I will middle man my way according to the product or situation that is being distributed/sold. If either sides do not agree, I will not middle man.
➤ Anything involving payments will be paid using F&F USD.
➤ You will not open ANY scam reports on me what-so-ever, and that is final.
