Am I right in understanding that what you're saying is that the staffing on this forum is a shit show and that there is only actually one person who does a good job of it? I wouldn't be surprised, given what I've seen.
Why not make scam reports public and allow people to give opinions and make verdicts which you can choose to take into mind or not? This would allow you to both discover a valuable candidate and reach a resolution faster. If you ever wanted to find someone to recruit, without taking up too much...
I was looking at the threads you made in the scam report section and I feel sorry for you because of how long it took to get the reports resolved and looked at.
I worked as a support/sales representative at a Minecraft company for 5 months when I turned 13, one of the best performing, most loyal members of the team, receiving many compliments from my boss.
