    One thing i've done when I was on a low budget is find free schematics on PlanetMinecraft, then paste them in, build some decoration and 'build' my own spawn. There's tons of different schematics, 75% are old/low quality but there are some really nice finds on there too. Good luck!

    I would suggest sorting through here and there over a few days and contact small streamers directly to see if they're open for some sort of promotion! You're much more likely to build a better relation with them and can find one with an audience that seems fitting for your project :)

    My best tip to you would be to not make a hub/network and to focus on creating and perfecting one gametype. Once you've built a community and have built up some experience, only then can you even begin thinking about adding other gametypes!
