3800 is enough to get you a pretty reliable car that will last you a few years. By the time you’re done with it you’ll have enough dough to put some into stocks. Do you live in a major city? That’s the only thing I’d say that would influence this descision that heavily- shen

Ethan/bloob was banned ages ago for scamming someone over a 2012 minecon acc. He has since refunded the person, with their testimony, and the staff refuse to so as even look at his appeals. If memory serves right, haa was unbanned for similar. Ethan should be as well in that case. Not to mention...- shen
