Checkout thenewboston's beginner Java tutorial playlist on YouTube to learn Java. Once you're familiar with the language and feel comfortable writing code then I would suggest Noah Rubin's Bukkit coding playlist which will teach you the Bukkit/Spigot API. Good luck!
