    These are most likely configuration errors. If you don’t have the knowledge to set these up, but you’re willing to pay to resolve these issues, you might want to purchase a server setup. These can come very cheap, and very close to your budget of 1$.

    That’s completely allowed, although I wouldn’t worry to much about the EULA. Mojang tends to only worry about the bigger servers, but it never hurts to be safe.
