    There's no proof that they're cheating giveaways. Either you give it to the suggested person or just give it to the winner.

    You are not allowed to give your win to someone else. If someone is trying to pass it on report them. "Winners are not allowed to give their prize to a friend and are definitely not allowed to try and resell their prize.".
