    💬 Do Minecraft server owners actually want fully-featured custom gameplay mechanics? Or am I overestimating the market?

    Had similar thoughts myself, a lot of the plugins I work on tend to be vanilla versions of mods and find projects like this a lot more fun to develop than cosmetics/utility plugins. But I think unless it's already popularised or super easy to unpack these sort of things won't gain much traction...

    What exactly is the benefit for your team? From what I see they have to adhere to your high expectations, do every single thing you say without question and also pass a test. Keeping in mind the fact that this is a completely non-paid position, if you want a good team I'd recommend you realise...
