Made the enchant system more accurate instead of based of chances, your enchants will now be removed when you lose the effect or give the item to someone else, a config option has been provided to let you decide whether to overwrite the already existing enchants on the tool.

Cleaned up the infuse ritual message

(Apparently there's no augmented effects in infuse s3, so augments are disabled by default for all effects)
You can now designate effects to be primary or secondary, or choose to not designate them at all
The lore of items are updated to reflect this change, its now more descriptive
