I. By accepting these Terms of Service the Client agrees to make a full payment, that was agreed upon by both parties. In return for payment the Client will receive the agreed upon services, that is made to the best of the Seller's ability. The terms are accepted and put into affect as soon as the Client decides to contact the Seller, and a business deal is erected.

II. The Seller agrees that all services will be provided to the Client within the time restrictions discussed. Accordingly, the Client also agrees that, upon receiving the services, payment will be made in full.

III. Refunds will not be made at any time or for any reason. In an event of a chargeback the seller has rights to take legal action if the Seller so chooses.

IV. The Client understands and agrees that the use of any services is made available and provided to you at your own risk. The Client disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. You use all information and services at your own risk without our liability of any kind.
