Is the PSU enough for this PC Setup?
Maybe get an Aoc monitor . For 180€ you get a 1080p 144hz monitor. 550watt is enough.- Surges

Recommendations and help for a new server needed
I would recommend using xenforo. Just buy a setup theme and maybe get a license. For hosting there are alot of options. Sparkedhost, pebblehost are good ones for a cheap price! Good luck!- Surges
