I'm wanting to upgrade to 1.13 on my spigot server without resetting the map. I've done reading about what this requires and I'm just not comfortable enough to try to do this myself. Transitions to new biomes/new chunks would need to be seamless and I'd need someone to do this for a development...
I'm looking for someone familiar with how towny works as well as its API to make a plugin that will work a specific way with some of towny's features.
