Agree with Zpower here. What's the need for you to post here if you already have an existing community. It's always better to hire people who know your own server.
Agree with itzdlg here. If you've got a professional manager they won't be willing to start as helper for the simple reason that they already know how slow ranking up from helper to a manager is.
