My guess then would be either backups being made, world files, or a block logging database. These tend to take up the most space.
If you have a world that is 5 gb large, and the panel backs it up keeping 3 backups, it would bring you to your current usage, for the most part. Check that.

You’d be overpaying for a server that small. Use that budget for a playerbase of 300-500 players. Of course existing revenue is a bigger factor, but usually correlates to playerbase.
