    Sentinel Anti-Nuke - Support for Dynamic IP hosts now possible!

    Added a webhook to log startup and shutdown of servers that use a host that forces dynamic IP, which will make a different server ID every launch. Config has also been split into multiple files for ease of use. Chat filter has been integrated into the direct messages.
