    I'd recommend setting up a portfolio to show off previous work, that'll increase your chances hugely. When I first started I contacted a couple of local businesses to work for free for them to get some serious work on my portfolio before I could start asking for money.

    Most PHP developers use a system called Composer to install libraries like that. On the GitHub page for the PayPal SDK there will be an installation section with the composer command to install the library.

    I've just tested the site on three devices and it's working fine, it's likely an issue with your PC/Network, check devtools to see if you're getting a 404 on the CSS files maybe.
