    the awnser to the questions is yes tnt cannons work on 1.11 though if you did do this id highly suggest you use paperspigot 1.11 build.

    no grace period. Edit: or make it so example you make a faction 12 hours past grace period ends you disband recreate make it so they wont have a grace period make it so only the first one they create gets a grace period or they get a grace period every 3 days that way ppl wont just recreate...
