    If I for example bought an account, could I ask for the sales thread to be deleted if evidence was to be provided of the purchase? I've had my reports denied as they require a report from the seller even tho it's marked as sold.

    You would need to provide a substancial amount of information, and most likely the receipt when you purchased the account. I had literally every piece of OG info and they rejected to help because I could not provide a amazon receipt for the GC cause I bought it from someone on discord.

    If you own the account try and send a "Forgot Password" request. If no email comes through then its either locked, or was pulled by OG owner.

    I am from the UK, so when I was given the same message I just selected that I am not in the US and it just ended the situation right there.
