    I just need to transfer my visa to paypal but it is linked to a different Paypal twice and won't unlink. If you would go first that would help since i'm not trying to get scammed.

    I do not know if this is possible but I really need my VISA money sent to my Paypal so I can buy things. The reason I don't just link it to my new paypal is that my old one has the VISA connected twice and will not let me unlink.
