Well, considering you're encrypting the ip addresses and not hashing them(even though that's pointless), you CAN just "read the ip". -

There's only about 4 billion possible ipv4 addresses, why put extra strain by hashing them? (Edit: This won't prevent IP leaks. Secure your database, don't rely on hashing ip addresses as security).I wanted to add, what you're doing isn't hashing. It's encryption. Hashing is one way. -
