We had the option of a refund or a revised design. Quite simply, we didn't think that you had the design ability to meet our needs. This is very straight forward, however I could produce the same quality using MS Publisher.

The server has several distinct features that set it apart from other City RPs.
This includes a tailored government system, new and different exciting plugins, unique jobs etc.
