The image you're trying to use as the background isn't found, therefore 404-ing. It could be due to using ../ or a path issue, make sure the path is absolutely correct and that any back-end service(s) aren't modifying it.

As long as you can authorize with "Bot <token>" in the header, the get request for /user/:id will work, regardless of sharing a server or not. It kind of plugs into my suggestion with the IDs.
Technically no. If you can get a bot token, the Discord API will allow you to fetch basic information for any user (avatar, ID, username, discriminator). It's a rather rough road but you can.
As a side comment, you should add personal links, ie. "<url>/personal/your-id", you can send the user...
