It wasn't them who "stole" rules. It was as said, the previous owner. These set of rules, stolen as they may be, were bought alongside the server. As they have clearly stated, they're willing to change the rules when they have the time to sit and re-write them. You guys coming along and yes...
They're only basic rules anyways. Max is 4 hours of work to get the correct wording to stop loopholes, even then they're poorly laid out and could be misconstrued.
