1. All Product and Service Purchases are Final. No Chargebacks/No Refunds unless permitted by me.

2. I only allow payment through PayPal. Any Chargebacks made will result in a Scam Report against you and any further legal action necessary.

3. I do not allow fraudulent information and purchasing. I will not serve you if you provide me with fake information and I am not accountable for any fraudulent payments made by you.

4) (a) With sufficient proof, I will provide you with your service again in the event you lose the original copy. However, I am not responsible for any damage/loss of my product caused by you or a third-party service.

4) (b) Should specific services of mine become unavailable or removed after you have made the payment, I am not required to reproduce a copy of the goods should you lose or modify the original.

5. I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Regardless of changes, you are subject to my ToS at any time and must abide by the terms.

6. You may not resell my products. Exceptions can be made should you be consented by me only.

7. I am legally obligated to assure my clients are above the age of 18 to purchase online goods through PayPal, in the event you are not above the age of 18
- Parental Guidance or Legal guardian has to give Permission for these purchases or Acknowledge them.

8. No information obtained by you from my online threads etc. or through any other third party should make any guarantee, warranty, conditions, or any other agreement of any kind, except for those exclusively shown in these terms.

9. Any information given by you to me is guaranteed to be private unless said otherwise by you or if the situation deems it absolutely necessary.

10. When using my services, you are subject to these terms without argument.
