    That CPU would become a bottleneck with 128GB RAM. I wouldn't pair an i7-9700k with more than 64GB RAM.

    Hello, Bandwidth in Asia is very expensive, especially in Japan. As mentioned by others you will have to spend north of $300-$400/month to get a server with those specifications. I would strongly consider a provider in Los Angeles with an Asia optimized network for the best bang for your buck...
