    I'm not entirely convinced you'd need someone specializing in animation, an editor could probably do this by themselves with basic AE or even premiere pro. But yeah. Artist + Editor, you're probably looking at $150-200 price range.

    This is very good work, especially for your first time editing your own video. Try to record in separate audio tracks if your computer can handle it, because your voice track is quite quiet after the intro and this can only be fixed by boosting it separately in whatever software you're using.

    Advice on film colors?

    Looks like an RGB effect as you can see from the top flicker, plus probably a specific LUT. I'd suggest playing around with your lumetri to see if you can try to replicate this, as his LUT is probably private.
