    Chunk Loading Bug?

    Hello! I have a paperSpigot 1.12.2 server that supports 1.8 - 1.15, but whenever a new player joins only 2 chunks load in for them. This is really annoying because people that get this bug instantly leave and don't come back.. Does anyone know a solution to this? Thanks in advance.
