Hi there, sadly it's not a plugin but purely a visual resource pack. You will need a weapon plugin in order to make the weapons shoot. Some examples are: WeaponMechanics, QualityArmory, CrackShot or GunShell.

Simply Google these plugins and find one that fits best for your project.

It's simply a resource pack, but it can be used for plugins such as itemsadder. I just do not have the ability to create ItemsAdder configs.

Uhm not sure, you're gonna have to contact the mods here but I'm not sure if it's possible as you now have the ZIP file with its contents, and can therefore be pirated.
