# Source Code License & Terms of Service Agreement This Source Code License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Licensor (“Seller/Developer”) and the Licensee (“Buyer/Client”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the source code, the Licensee agrees to all terms listed below. --- # 1. Ownership The plugin, source code, systems, branding, assets, and intellectual property remain the sole property of the Licensor. Purchasing the source code does NOT transfer ownership of the project or any intellectual property rights. The Licensee is only receiving a limited license to use and modify the source code under the conditions stated in this Agreement. --- # 2. License Grant The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: * Access the source code * Modify and customize the source code * Use customized versions internally or privately * Maintain and troubleshoot their own builds * Deploy the plugin on their own infrastructure/projects --- # 3. Allowed Usage The Licensee MAY: * Modify any part of the source code for private/internal use * Add custom systems or integrations * Remove or change features for their own deployment * Compile private builds for their own usage * Use the plugin commercially on servers they own/manage --- # 4. Restrictions The Licensee MAY NOT: * Claim the plugin or source code as their own original work * Remove ownership or copyright notices * Resell the source code * Redistribute the source code in any form * Share the source code publicly or privately with unauthorized parties * Leak, upload, or publish the source code anywhere * Sell modified versions of the plugin * Re-license the project under another name or brand * Create a competing selling platform, marketplace, leak service, or redistribution platform using this source code * Provide source access to customers, clients, contractors, or third parties without written permission * Use the project for malicious, illegal, or abusive purposes Any form of redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or commercial sharing of the source code is strictly prohibited. --- # 5. Confidentiality The source code and related materials are confidential. The Licensee agrees to take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leaking, or redistribution. Both parties may optionally enter into a separate NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). --- # 6. Support & Updates Source code purchases do NOT automatically include: * Lifetime support * Guaranteed updates * Custom development * Priority assistance * Compatibility maintenance --- # 7. Warranty Disclaimer The plugin and source code are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee: * Bug-free operation * Compatibility with future software versions * Continuous support * Server stability * Performance under all environments The Licensor is not responsible for: * Data loss * Downtime * Security incidents * Financial losses * Corrupted files * Third-party conflicts * Issues caused by modifications made by the Licensee --- # 8. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products and source-code delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. --- # 9. Termination Violation of any terms in this Agreement may result in immediate termination of the license. Upon termination, the Licensee must: * Stop using the source code * Remove deployed copies if requested * Delete stored copies if legally required by the Licensor Termination does not remove liability for previous violations. --- # 10. Liability Limitation Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or source code. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase amount paid by the Licensee. --- # 11. Agreement Acceptance By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the source code, the Licensee confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms within this Agreement. ---
