End User License Agreement (EULA) for DonutCore

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Buyer" or "User") and our Studio ("Seller") regarding the use of the DonutCore ("Software" or "Plugin"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant
Seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the Plugin only for your own Minecraft server or project.
You may not distribute, sell, or share the Plugin or its source code with any third party without written permission from the Seller.

2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Plugin, including source code and intellectual property, remain with the Seller.
You do not gain ownership or authorship rights. Claiming the Plugin as your own is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions
You may not:
  • Resell, redistribute, or license the Plugin or any derivative works.
  • Share or leak the Plugin source code.
  • Upload the Plugin to public repositories (GitHub, Pastebin, etc.).
  • Use the Plugin in projects for profit outside of your own server unless explicitly permitted.

4. Non-Disclosure
You agree to maintain the Plugin source code and any related materials as strictly confidential.
Unauthorized sharing or publication may result in legal action.

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery. Delivery is considered complete when the Plugin or source code files are provided to you.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Plugin is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Seller is not liable for any damages, data loss, server issues, or other consequences resulting from use of the Plugin.

7. Support
Support is provided only as agreed separately. Bug fixes, updates, or modifications outside of this scope may incur additional charges.

8. Termination
Violation of any terms of this EULA results in immediate termination of the license.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Plugin and source code.

9. Delivery & Support Discord
All purchases of the Plugin or Source Code will be delivered exclusively through our official support Discord.

You must join the Discord and follow the instructions provided by our staff to receive your purchase.
All updates, support, and further communications regarding the Plugin will also be handled exclusively through this Discord.
