Terms & Conditions​

• Scope of Work: This add-on covers the development of one (1) custom feature or a pre-agreed set of functions. Features must be directly related to the bot's existing ecosystem and core purpose.
• Third-Party Creattions: We do not create/integrate with external third-party dashboards, private APIs, or proprietary databases not owned or managed by us.
• Feasibility Requirement: Requested features must be technically possible within the current limitations of the Discord API and the bot's framework. We cannot "invent" features that do not exist or bypass platform-wide restrictions.
• Relevance Clause: All requests must be relevant to the bot's utility. We reserve the right to decline requests that are unrelated to the bot's function (e.g., asking for a web scraper within a moderation bot).
• Development Timeline: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on complexity. "Urgent" or "Immediate" turnarounds are not guaranteed unless specifically invoiced.
• No Source Code Ownership: Buying an add-on grants you the right to use the feature within the bot; it does not grant ownership of the underlying source code or the right to redistribute it.
• Final Approval: We reserve the right to refuse any request that is deemed abusive, malicious, or violates Discord’s Terms of Service.
• Revision Limit: Each custom feature includes two (2) rounds of minor revisions. Major changes to the original request after development has started will require an additional fee.
