    Custom Spawner Rankup

    I am looking for a dev that can make me a custom spawner rankup plugin. I want it to be set out as tier 1 spawner ex - wolf. Player has to kill 500 to rankup to next tier, but has to pay for the next rankup. Etc onwords for the other spawners.
