Hey, guys! I'm Vossy, a 15-year-old male that lives in Victoria, Australia. I'm currently seeking a role to fulfil as a Community Manager or Staff Manager, I'm specifically looking for a server that is either a Prison, Factions, or a Network, has a 10+ player-base, and a well-structured staff team and forums. I can negotiate if the server is in beta or isn't publicly released. I'm only going to be picking 2 positions because then I get pressured.
WHAT I CAN DO
- I can help organise platforms for the staff team and fully set them up. This means adding new Skype Chats and other websites/apps that can fully benefit and keep the server organised.
- Add new documents that can keep the server fully updated and the staff members up to track, make new professional and beneficial guides that can make the staff members better leaders and intelligent people.
- I've been working in the Staff Management field for over 3 years. I would be able to overall manage your staff team, manage the promotions and demotions which can be discussed by the team. And hire new staff members that can make a difference. Also setting/managing the whole staff system and changing it from time to time.
- My plugin expertise has gone down a little, but I can assist if provided, I can help configure simple plugins very professionally and to your standards.
- I'm also relatively good with Forum Management equally as Staff Management, I'm a major professional in XenForo and am relatively good and know my way around in the AdminCP, I can make new forums, prefixes, groups, and many other things.
EXPERIENCE
I will be prominently speaking about these 3 servers because these are the ones I enjoyed the most. Of course, I have many other experiences.
VelocityMC: Helper > Head-Helper
VelocityMC when I first joined had a 600-700 player-base but then went down dramatically to 50-150. It is a network with many customised features and creative ideas.
I was recommended by another staff member to apply for the staff team so I did and got accepted. My duties were to help and assist people as much as possible, and also punish players accordingly, however Helpers only had access to /gmute, /gkick and /warn so we needed to record hackers and take them up to a higher staff member and ask them to ban them.
After I got promoted to Head-Helper, we had more privileges. We had access to /gtempban so we could ban rule-breakers but not permanently, you had to request a perm ban. I tried to welcome new players in the staff team and help them out with anything, I screen-shared players to see if they were hacking etc. I was unfortunately demoted today and unfortunately don't know the reason, maybe the 4.0 update

SuperiorCraftMC: Helper > Administrator
This server gained a 20-30 player-base daily. This server was an OPPrison server but then merged into a Network because it grew. It gained a lot of population and money but then the server went down and is now known as VectorPrison.
I'll be talking about the Administrator role. My job as an Administrator was to help the server with commands and plugins. I was also apart of the management team and being discussed promotions, demotions, etc. Unfortunately, I do not have proof that I was a staff member on this server.
HybrisMC: Owner - Server/Staff Manager
HybrisMC was first found by me and 2 others (Toolken, Kieran). It was still in the early ages but then I resigned and the whole server went down, it may open back in the future. We had a lot of money saved and prepared for the server, we had a logo and a XenForo website and a dedicated server.
Of course, my duties were to manage the whole entire server, I managed the forums, implemented new forums, added plugins to the server, managed the whole staff team, etc. As you have heard, I resigned because I believe I was putting to much stress and anger on myself. But I've definitely redeemed.

I am currently a straight A student and never tend to get 85% or lower on my tests. I'm mainly strong with Maths, Italian and Spelling. I'm definitely a fast runner and came 7th in regionals for 100 and 200m sprints. I like eating most vegetables, watching Horror Movies, playing Minecraft (duh...) and lots of other things.
