They do good work, they think along with you and they ensure that everything is neatly delivered when it is finished.

The only downside is that it is a bit expensive, but time is money. And their work is well worth the money.

So if you want something good, save some money and have a custom build plugin for your minecraft server.

In the end there is no downside, they do their job and deliver it when they are done. You have fun and also the community of your server.
