3. I am providing a server setup, meaning, unless stated otherwise, no custom plugins will be used
4. I will not use leaked plugins for my services provided by a client
5. I will not use leaked files for my services provided by a client
6. Once payment is sent, you cannot cancel or stop the service and receive a refund unless the completion date has passed, at which point, you can:
*100% satisfaction refers to and is limited to:
- You are not 100% satisfied with the product*
- The product doesn’t match the initial brief
- The product is incomplete
- The product isn’t completed by the completion date
