Hey there, I'm Mesacake and I am looking for a partner/co-owner for a server I own called DoodleMC

About Myself & My Contributions
-I have been owning, managing and staffing on servers for an upwards of 4 years
-I am 16 years old and am free 8hrs/day to work on the server and gain it traction
-I am able to afford server setup, GFX, store/forums theme and software
-Build up the discord server and advertise on social media
-Work on the backend of the server and ensure it is operational & configure plugins
-Create, configure and implement custom made plugins for Doodle (we already have DoodleMining, DoodleFarming, DoodleExtra)
What will you be needed to do?
-Invest time and money* into the server. When I am not able to be online and cater for it, which I will make you aware beforehand, you will need to manage areas of the server.
-Aid me setting it up and building up a community and helping greatly with advertisement
-Help me hire staff members who will aid with the server's development and progress
-Anything else the server or I need help with

* - You'll be required to pay 60/40 for server hosting, everything else and 40% is covered by me

How can you expect 60/40

The candidate accepted will be considered co-owner, yes. I am paying for everything but server hosting so that's gfx, configs, custom plugins, maps etc and I will pay for 40% of the hosting itself so I consider it quite a generous offer.

You will have the owner rank on the server and discord and you will be involved in all decisions made for the server.

Well I wouldn't say 'short-term'. The setup will constantly need updating and modifying to fix bugs and add new features, and I will take care of all of that.
