About Me
Hey! My name is Mv_, and I am a manager currently looking for work. I am 15 years old and am going into my second year in high school. I have been playing Minecraft for over 5 years and have been staffing for a majority of it, and I have been experienced in most common server types. I hope to lessen the load for server owners and make their staff team one of the best, along with watching the server grow.
Skills
Under staff management:
- Staff promotions, demotions, and training.
- Staff documents and screenshare guides.
- Professional server posts (Announcements, forums posts, etc.)
- Application handling, and recruitment posts.
Under community management:
- Player rules - Forum moderation (suggestions, player reports, etc.)
- Getting suggestions from players
- Getting ideas for server updates
- Server events
Under both:
- I will do everything mentioned in staff & community management.
- I will take over daily server activities (if wanted).
