how long would you retain the data? and how will data be backed up?

ticket data, I assume a user can create a new ticket and all the interaction between user and helper will be kept in the ticket, and if files were exchanged as attachment uploaded to the ticket, or image files, video files were attached to the ticket, I imagine those data will be kept and backed up.

how about files. user might need to upload config files or plugin jar files and in return dev might attach updated/fixed plugin in the form of .jar file.

Nothing related to attachments are stored on our system Just message data so the user can pull it up at a later date
