# MembraneMC is Looking for a Server Manager

Hello everyone!

We're currently looking for an experienced Server Manager to help bring MembraneMC back to its former standard and lead the server toward long-term success.

## What we're looking for:

• Experience managing Minecraft servers
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Able to manage staff and keep the team active
• Help improve player retention and server growth
• Work closely with owners to plan updates and future development
• Active, communicative, and motivated

## Your responsibilities:

• Managing the staff team
• Organizing server operations
• Suggesting and overseeing new features and updates
• Helping rebuild and grow the community
• Ensuring the server runs smoothly on a daily basis

## About MembraneMC
MembraneMC is a server with plenty of potential, but we're looking for someone who can help us get everything back on track and restore an active, enjoyable community.

## Requirements:

• 16+ years old (preferred)
• Previous management experience on a Minecraft server
• Fluent in English
• Professional attitude and good availability
