Position: Lead Developer / Co-Owner
Project Type: Minecraft MMORPG Server (Paper + Fabric Client)
Compensation: $80 USD monthly (to start with increases) for Developing + Co-ownership + Revenue Share
Status: In Development – Seeking Founding Member

Hello adventurer!​

I’m seeking a passionate and technically skilled Lead Developer to join me as Co-Owner in building an immersive, ambitious Minecraft RPG server.

This is more than just a dev role — it’s an opportunity to help shape a world from the ground up and become part of something truly special.

I’ll cover the costs of website, server hosting, at first until we have to expand

What I'm Looking For:

• Experience with Minecraft server development (Paper/Purpur)
• Comfortable integrating client-side Fabric mods
• Skilled in plugin configuration, optimization, and management
• Able to oversee or contribute to custom plugin development
• Solid understanding of performance tuning and debugging
• Able to collaborate with creative teams (lore, art, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of MMORPG mechanics (e.g., WoW, RuneScape)
• Most importantly: dedication and passion to help build something incredible
• Someone who is at least 18 years of age
• an individual driven by purpose and passion rather than profit — someone eager to help shape a meaningful, engaging experience for the community.
