[1.19.2 forge mod request] equippable backpack mod

I need someone to code a "backpack" item that would be equippable in the chest armour slot. I can take care of the functionality myself, all I'd need you to do is create an item that will have a 3D model when worn in the chest slot, something along the lines of the image attached below.
