So far Im thinking of getting 1gb of MinersPlanet , as I believe that comes with a dedi IP?
That's correct unless they changed something since I hosted with them.

Not a problem. I only had one problem with Miners Planet. They for seem reason edited the time on their servers and messed up several of my plugins. They eventually rolled back after several tickets of me convincing them I cannot fix it but editing configs.

can you pay with PayPal via their credit card gateway?
Paypal wont let me use my card after I was limited for selling unmigrated accounts (diffrent site, not here)
