I am offering an administrative position on a server that is guaranteed to succeed and thrive. My expectations are nothing extravagant, they don't have to help with plugins or build I said that is what I would prefer. I obviously can not say a certain amount that they are going to get paid because I want to see the initial outcome the server receives. I've received 2 very good applications already and those are the type of people I am looking for, not people just looking for pay. Thank you for your input.

What can you offer to the server?: I can offer my skills of experience that I have such as; System Admin; Configuring of plugins, uses of plugins, I can create some plugins with the knowledge I already have in Java. I'm good with making websites, my portfolio is in my signature (via my profile), I've managed servers before, but I've left MC for some time because life was really open to many opportunities I couldn't miss for some time, and I needed to balance my time with my Computer and Life. I'm just starting to launch a YouTube channel to do in my free time for fun and I can offer my Management skills.

What can I offer? First of all, I offer my wisdom. This is the kind of wisdom that comes only from experience. I have built up a large experience bank. In the past, I have served on the staff of many Minecraft servers as a moderator, administrator, and even owner. Through those experiences, I have learned what it really means to be a staff member. To be a staff member is the ultimate honor. It is the opportunity to reward your players. You reward them for investing their time into your server. You create the optimal entertainment experience for them, a positive community, and a place where they can feel truly safe.
Secondly, I can offer my configuration experience. Thanks to designing and creating several servers from scratch, I know the back end like the back of my hand (Sorry, couldn’t resist the punJ). I know exactly how to piece together the wealth of plugins available to create the experience that you want for your playerbase. I am familiar with most major plugins, like Essentials, Worldedit, Worldguard, Quicksell, MCBans, Coreprotect, ClearLag, NoCheatPlus, McMMO, Factions, Combat Log, PermissionsEX, etc. I am highly willing to learn how to use a plugin if I don’t already know how to. Additionally, I am capable to replacing many small plugins by writing skripts. Skript is a plugin that allows you to write simpler plugins in a more user friendly language than Java.
Lastly, I offer you my design skills. I know how hard it is to design a server by yourself. It takes hours of planning out exactly every element you want, attempting to differentiate yourself from every other server out there. It is a skill I have developed over time and experience, and I am more than happy to put it to work on your server. My job is to make the picture you have in your head a reality, and I will do whatever I can to achieve this goal.

I have been working/hosting server since 2010 so i guess i can say i been in this business for a verrry long time, i been a Lead System Engineer for ProtonMC i was working there for about 1.7 years, after that the players started to drop off so i resigned. Realm Network, i was owner of RN for about 5 months when i was working on the modpack Hexxit, duing the 5 months i fixed over 20 bugs inside the modpack and by that i had about 25-45 players a day.

What is your past experience?:
Owner for 4 years (shut down), Project Manager 3 Months (did not go anywhere).
so the year is 2009 i saw minecraft for the first time and i was like what..the....****... This gaame looks really great!, so i paid and got it.. And it was like a game i have never played before... So i found out there was something called "Servers", so i tried out that for a few months, but what i found out was that there was some owners that was not caring about it players, or only thinking about how many money they can make on ranks.. So i started my own server called "MoltenMinecraft" i know the name at that time was cool for me.. Now its just nope.. So i was running that for about 4 years i had many things on it.. PlotWorld, towny, freebuild.. Dueing the 4 years i had over 500k playing joining.. Note that the start of 2010 was the hacking year there was bots and **** so many of the 100k was bots trying to crashing the server.. And so i had a break from minecraft in 2014 and some of 2015. So i found Paramount and they had a spot as a Head developer but after a few weeks i took over as Project manager, for a old member, but soon after the server was not going anywhere from my view, so i left and ever since i been looking for a project that want to do a server that is planned out and owner/founders that know what they want with the server!, but yeah i have many fields of experiences since i been working on servers for a loong time.
Why are you interested in the position?:
As i before my many years in this minecraft server business i have seen many things, and i have still some cool ideas that have not been tried out yet, but as i have said many times i think my skills will be a big part that will set me apart from the other users that want this position and look at my age i'm not one of does guys who will quit after 2 weeks because the only thing that that we work on is planning, so yeah i think some of my skills will set me apart from others.
