I hosted with these guys before. Very good host. No lag and fast support.

Its a costly host but would recommend, I used them in the past and the servers were very high quality. Vouch for this host.

I've personally used ExileServers for my network for 2 years (although now since I'm support at another hosting company I should probably not write this review xD). Absolutely fantastic support, they are always polite and know what they are doing. Their servers are lag-free and they never go down.

Exile has been our server host for quite some time now! Best we've been with and we've really done our searching. Very cheap, and very reliable staff =)... We've never had any downtime at all with this host, (the only downtime we've had is when we've failed to pay). We've gotten a decent discount when we've asked for the support. The Multicraft panel is super easy to navigate, very simple to install and uninstall plugins through it... I think my favorite thing about them are well, their prices are the cheapest I've found for the quality... the staff team and the owner are all awesome and super quick to answer tickets....I've opened some really dumb and ridiculous support questions with Exile and they've been nothing but friendly and quick to help me out.

If I purchased a server from you, would I be able to give other users access to the control panel, without giving them full control over the server or giving them my account details? So they would be able to manage and manipulate the server as I would be able to, but not delete or upgrade the server etc.

I am very sorry that this occurred, If you would kindly PM me your email so that I can lookup this issue and forward it to management to have this resolved. We have a much smaller billing team than our support team, so billing issues take a few more days to get resolved than others. I believe that the ticket closed itself because our billing team wasn't informed properly of the issue. We will investigate into this matter to prevent is from happening again.

I know it has been a while but I'd be happy to correct this error. We had some management issues this late summer and fall that caused our customer service to decline. These issues are past and we would like to correct this, if you just submit a ticket referencing this we can correct the issue.

I've used this host before it went really smooth for a while, then one day I placed a new order and it took one month nearly for it to get activated on top of that I made a ticket the day after ordering and also waiting nearly a month to be told they wouldn't give a refund because it wasn't asked for within something along the lines of 24-72 again. If I had evidence this were not to hapeen again I would use them again.
