I am looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator (one role) for Stormy Hollow, a Minecraft survival SMP!
Responsibilities:
Record one long-form content video of approximately 5 minutes in duration to post to our social media accounts.
Create two short-form high quality 30-60 second videos per week that aligns with Stormy Hollow’s branding and audience interests. These short form content pieces can be derived from the long-form content recorded. Postings should have an engaging caption and relevant hashtags that will help to grow our social media channels.
Manage and actively post on our Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook accounts, and maintain a consistent posting schedule on Mondays and Fridays. This includes responding to comments and direct messages on this day.
Develop and execute creative strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement.
Analyze performance metrics to refine content and posting strategies.
Payment:
Compensation is a tiered-based payment structure that increases the longer that you are in the role. Posts and videos that do well with the social media algorithm will receive bonuses. Compensation will start at a minimumof$100 per month.
