The purpose of this is for market research. To enter this contest all you need to do is fill out the quick survey.

At the end of the survey, it will ask you to put a random string of numbers/letters. Once submitted, make sure you have copied those letters and message your input to [Redacted]. On the last day of the contest, I will randomly select one of the surveys and I will contact you via MCM and the winner will be announced.
This information will still be kept confidential, but it still does not require any personal information besides age, country and gender.
I've double checked before posting this with a staff member, as it does not say that this is not allowed. It was approved.
