2 Part Time Developers (PAID!)

Hello MC-Market.
Today i'm looking for 2 Full time Developers for my Network I am re-releasing. The server in the past went well. I know that I cant offer much at this time put in time I will.

Requirements.
1. Must be the age of 14 or older.
2. Must know all basic java conventions
3. Must have extensive knowledge of the Bukkit and BungeCoord API
4. Must have prior knowledge MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis.
5. Must have the ability to function well in a team.
6. Must put in at least 7+ hours a week in the network.
7. You will only be making Small to Median plugins.

Note with minehq you have to put 40 hours a week

It's worth it with 100k into your pocket after a year + the internships, medical benefits and free pizza on Friday (with full hours LMFAO) in comparison to the 12k of UglyNig's server

i can pick any other semi successful hcf server and bet they would pay more then UglyNig

My final verdict / message on this thread since there is too much flame:

• Firstly, I highly doubt Caicy has 24k a year plus extra (x amount for plugins) for two developers, also assuming it's going to be a contracted relationship.
• Secondly, this is a 'full time job' yet it comes with no medical ad advantages, scholarships and with the little pay is not enough to support a family.

Yes, I know what I'm saying. I worked with him before, as an operator and senior moderator. My developer was paid 25-40 dollars per plugin, possibly 2 times a month - he expected plugins to be 'free'. Still not more then 13,000 dollars a year, which is a horrible example next to the 100k of minehq + its benefits.

Kid, for one he didnt want to be paid half the time. He was a very cheap developer he didnt ask for much. He is a good developer and he should ask for more but he is a simple person not needing much to make him happy.
