PotionLimiter allows you to disable or limit certain potion effects, for example: disable strength, or limit the highest amplifier for speed to 1 instead of 2.

This plugin blocks:
- Brewing
- Drinking
- Splashing
of disabled/limited effects.

Example config:
Speed is limited to speed 1 in this config

# Possible values:
# -1: Don't change the limit/disable it.
# 0: Disable this potion effect.
# [Anything else]: Change the highest amplifier for this potion effect.
