what do you mean by 'real time recharge' do you mean that the kits have a cool down? if so this is not something that should be seen anywhere on your post. why would the kits not have cool downs?

Well, the kits are created in the "Essentials", there is your time to recharge, what I do in the menu is that having the permission of the Kit will appear active, if you do not have it then no.
Then when claiming the kit it is automatically blocked until the kit's recharge time is finished.
